Consano — Locally Sourced 2014

Consano’s debut fundraiser in Portland drew a crowd of 300 excited guests, who enjoyed a cornucopia of Portland’s finest food and spirits. Chefs from Bamboo Sushi, Trifecta, Gruner, the Imperial, and Salt & Straw each provided small plates for guests gustatory enjoyment. Samplings of local spirits from Bull Run and New Deal distillery were offered as well to guests, as they explored a tempting array of silent auction items.
Solo music performance by Jenny Conlee (The Decembrists) created an energetic and social atmosphere. Black Prairie opened the program followed by a paddle raise and desserts. The ask was incredibly successful, and guests departed with their appetites satiated and their hands and hearts full.
